Met a local kneeboarder in Puerto Rico once. He had MS, and he doubled down on surfing after his diagnosis in order to stay in shape, and battle the disease. He had a powerful upper body and took to kneeboarding when he couldn't rely on his legs to stand safely any more. Man got total respect from the way he ripped in any size waves.
Cool to know about the website.

Digging the hard pivots off the arms they do.
reaching into the wave with your whole arm to pivot off of is a god damn good feeling. hoping i can kneel in time for spring/summer.
